1. The reservation of your pitch will only be definitive with our consent and a receipt of the reservation form with an eurocheque or international postal order to Camping les Fontaines.
   We can't confirm you get pitches next to each others when you book.
   
2. On the day of arrival, your pitch will be available from 12 am
3. On the day of departure your pitch is to be cleared before 12 a.m.
   
4. In case of delay, please inform the management
5. Stay regulation :
   Piches: on your arrival at the campsite.
   Accomodation : 30 days before the beginning of your stay at the latest. Warning : in case of no payment beyond this time limit, your booking will be cancelled and the cancellation conditions will be applied.
   
6. Pitches : In case of a delayed arrival or early departure, compared with the dates mentionned on your booking form, each day reserved wil be invoiced accorded to the fixed summ in force.
   Accomodation : In case of a delayed arrival or early departure, compared with the booked dates, no reimbursment will be operated.
   
7. In case of cancellation.
   Piches : The deposit won't be refunded.
   Accomodation : more than 15 days before the arranged date of arrival you have to pay 20% of the total amount of your saty. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arranged date of arrival, or if you don't report to the direction, you have to pay the total amount of your stay.
   
8. Cautionnary deposit :
   For renting accomodation, a 150€ cautionnary deposit is payable upon. This is for any material damages and to ensure cleanliness. It wil be refunded to you at the end of your holiday. If there is any missing material or if the place is left in a dirty condition, a fixed sum of 50 € will be deducted for cleaning up.
9. Deposit required for the entrance gate : 10 € on arrival on the campsite.
